297 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment if officials in his Department are in consultation with members of the drinks industry, or are members of a policy committee for reform of the laws and practices in the sale of alcohol.

My Department is not involved in a policy committee for the reform of the laws and practices in the sale of alcohol nor have officials in my Department been in consultation with members of the drinks industry in this regard.
