509 Ms O'Donnell asked the Minister for Equality and Law Reform the statutory boards, committees, companies or other bodies under the auspices of his Department; and, in each case, the Statute under which the Body was established.
The only statutory body which operates under the auspices of my Department is the Employment Equality Agency which was established under the Employment Equality Act, 1977.
510 Ms O'Donnell asked the Minister for Equality and Law Reform the boards, committees, companies or other bodies under the auspices of his Department; and, in each case, whether the Chairperson is male or female, the number of other members of the boards who are female and male and whether their Chief Executive or holder of an equivalent position is male or female.
