Vol. 438 No. 5

Written Answers. - South Dublin County Council.

Eamon Gilmore

Question:

80 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment if he will grant an extension of time to South Dublin County Council to enable it to adopt an Estimate for 1994; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

South Dublin County Council has indicated, by way of resolution of the council, their commitment to adopting an estimate of expenses for 1994. I have, therefore, assented to a departure from the terms of the Public Bodies Order to enable the council to hold their estimates meeting on Thursday, 17 February 1994.
