I hope to introduce the necessary legislation before the summer recess.
Will that legislation be in keeping with the EU Directive or will it be changed in view of the circumstances of the tourism industry?
There have been extensive consultations with many interests. We are obliged to operate within the spirit of the directive and are legally bound to operate within its parameters. The legislation will be brought forward and I look forward to the Deputy's full support for it.
