102 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if a sheep quota under the national reserve will be made available to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The person named has been requested to submit documentary evidence that he acquired land formerly used for sheep production by another producer but he has not done so to date. When he does so his application for ewe premium reserve quota will be processed.
