Question:156 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Health, in regard to the continuing restrictions on the provision of information to women who may wish to seek pregnancy terminations abroad and in view of the outcome of the referendum in 1993 when the people voted in favour of the right to receive such information, the progress, if any, that has been made in relation to the implementation of the commitment given in the Programme For a Partnership Government, 1993-1997 that appropriate legislation would be introduced; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
