Vol. 439 No. 4

Written Answers. - County Carlow Right of Way.

John Ellis

Question:

131 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason a right of way promised to a person (details supplied) in County Carlow by the Department of Forestry in 1981 has not been effected; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The matter referred to in the Deputy's question relates to property which was vested in Coillte Teoranta under provisions contained in the Forestry Act, 1988. The matter is therefore of a day-to-day nature for the company and I do not have a function to discharge. I have, however, passed a copy of the Deputy's question to Coillte Teoranta requesting that the company correspond directly with the Deputy.
