Question:175 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for Tourism and Trade the reason existing hotels are excluded from availing of the small business expansion loans when they wish to add facilities such as leisure centres or bedrooms to their existing businesses; and his views on whether excluding these successful operators could have the effect of distorting competition in the tourist industry.
