91 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment if he has received a complaint from a person (details supplied) in County Clare who is the proprietor of a company concerning his dealings with SFADCo; if he intends to have those complaints or allegations investigated; if so, the form of inquiry he proposes to conduct; the time frame for his inquiry; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A complaint in relation to the issue raised by the Deputy is being examined by my Department as a matter of urgency, and I will communicate directly with the Deputy on completion of this examination.
