52 Mr. Cox asked the Minister for Finance whether a comprehensive account of the amounts received under the various tax amnesties and of the numbers availing of them is now available to him; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The latest available information on the tax amnesties was supplied in my reply of 1 February last to parliamentary questions tabled by Deputies Upton, McManus and Durkan.
I am not yet in a position to supply a comprehensive report on the response to the tax amnesties. However, as soon as the compilation of this information is complete, I will, as I have indicated previously, be happy to provide the information allowed by the legislation.
