Question:65 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice when a Land Registry dealing for a person (details supplied) in County Cork will be finalised.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealing referred to, an application for transfer of lands, was lodged in the Land Registry on 25 January 1994 and was completed on 24 February 1994.

Question:66 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice when a land transfer for a person (details supplied) in County Cork will be finalised; and if any objection to the dealing was lodged.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealing referred to is an application under section 49 of the Registration of Title Act, 1964 for registration as the owner of certain lands by virtue of the operation of the Statute of Limitations, 1957.
The application has been processed and is at completion stage. Notice of completion should reach the applicant's solicitor in a week or so.
