Question:118 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health the reason a grant under the Nursing Homes Act was not paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

Decisions in relation to applications for subvention under the Health (Nursing Homes) Act, 1990, are a matter for the health boards, in this case the Southern Health Board.
It would not be appropriate to give details of such a case in the course of a parliamentary reply but I will write separately to the Deputy with the details.
