Question:70 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when documents will be returned to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

My Department is unable to trace any ten or 22 month special beef premium scheme applications from the person named in either the June 1993 or November 1993 application periods. He did, however, apply for special beef premium scheme grants in the January/February 1993 application period and the six cattle identity cards he submitted in respect of that application were returned to him on 2 April 1993. Any cattle identity cards he submitted with a more recent application will be returned to him within two months of the application.
