71 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason for the delay in approving a grant (details supplied) which was sanctioned in 1987 for a vacuum tanker; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The person named has now been asked to submit a vouched receipt in respect of the vacuum tanker and when this is received, payment of the grant of £238 will immediately be made. The invoice which he had submitted earlier to the Department's local farm development service office is not an adequate receipt.
