Question:97 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the present position regarding an application for SLOM compensation under EU regulation 2187/93 by a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

As the person in question has been notified in writing on 14 March, my Department propose to make an offer of compensation on behalf of the EU as soon as possible.
