87 Miss Harney asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment if he will investigate the reason the report of a Labour Court examination of the accounts of a company (details supplied) in Dublin 22 is such that a retired employee of this company was not informed of his pension entitlements.
I am aware that a complaint has been submitted to the Labour Court by the Construction Industry Federation concerning the pension contributions position of a number of workers of the company concerned, including the person referred to by the Deputy. The court is still in the process of considering the matter and will, I expect, arrive at its conclusions in due course.
