Question:

101 Ms McManus asked the Minister for the Environment in view of the housing shortage in Arklow, County Wicklow, if he will allow Arklow UDC to proceed with the building of their 16 house allocation for 1994 at Invermore Park as a matter of urgency.

There are no proposals in my Department for the houses in question. I understand that the urban council will shortly be submitting plans to the Department.
