Question:128 Mr. S. Ryan asked the Minister for Defence, in respect of the FCA and Slua Muirí, the location of sub-unit and centres which have closed since 1 January 1991.
Written Answers. - Closure of Sub-Units/Centres.
The number of FCA and Slua Muirí centres closed since 1 January 1991 is 51. They are located as follows: Southern Command, 17; Western Command, 21; Eastern Command, seven and Curragh Command, six. No sub-units of the FCA or Slua Muirí have been disestablished since 1 January 1991.
