46 Mr. Byrne asked the Minister for the Environment the date of application for a new house grant from a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; the progress to date; the likely outcome; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
An incomplete application form was received on 21 May 1993 and was returned to the applicant on 4 June 1993 for proper completion and with a request for the other supporting documentation required. The fully completed form was returned to the Department on 7 April 1994 and other necessary documentation was received on 27 April 1994. An inspection, with a view to payment of the grant, will be carried out as soon as possible.
