119 Mr. Harte asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications the reason a feasibility study into the development of an airport at Letterkenny, County Donegal has not been made available to Donegal County Council in spite of a number of applications made by the county council and undertakings given by his Department.

The feasibility study referred to by the Deputy was commissioned, on a confidentail basis, by the Minister for Tourism and Transport in 1988. It was never intended to make this confidential study available to other parties.
