173 Mr. Kenneally asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when the 22-month payment in respect of the 1993 beef premium scheme will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford who applied in June 1993; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
My Department has no record of having received an application from the person named under the June 1993 special beef premium scheme. He was an applicant however under the January-February 1993 special beef premium scheme for 72 animals. During processing of the application it was discovered that it was necessary to change his herd number and this has now been done. Payment of premium will issue shortly.
