Higgins asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason a person (details supplied) in County Galway who has complied with the stipulation of having acquired additional lands between 1 April 1990 and 1 March 1993, previously used for sheep production has not been allocated a quota from the reserve.
