Kenny asked the Minister for Health, arising from the annual report on ambulance and patient transport services for the year ended 31 December 1993, and in respect of the Western Health Board, the cost of helicopter flights to and from all offshore islands in each of the years, 1991 to 1993; the total cost of all hospital transfers in each case; and the departmental Vote from which such costs were paid.
