Question:215 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Education when work will commence on the building of a new national school at Farnham, County Cavan; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
Written Answers. - Farnham (Cavan) School.
The major building project approved at Farnham national school is one of over 70 projects included in my Department's school capital programme for 1994. It has, therefore, been necessary to implement the programme on a phased basis. This project is at working drawing stage and it is hoped the drawings will be completed shortly. It is not possible to say when work on the project will commence, as this depends on a number of factors outside the Department's control.
