47 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance if the Revenue Commissioners will have arrangements made to expedite the processing, through the stamps adjudication branch, of a land lease transfer (details supplied) in County Wexford so that a person's eligibility for the early farm retirement scheme can be expedited.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the instruments, duly stamped were returned to the solicitors on 9 June, 1994.
