48 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Wexford will be allowed have payments of a tax arrears agreement phased over 1994 in order to get it finalised in view of his cashflow circumstances.
There is no record of an agreement between the taxpayer mentioned and the Revenue Commissioners in relation to his income tax liabilities. The taxpayer should be advised to contact Ms Noreen McMahon, Customer Service Section, Sarsfield House, Limerick, telephone 061-310310, who will be happy to discuss his position with him.
