Question:68 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Justice when a registration will be completed on an application by a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the application in question, which was originally lodged on 27 April, 1994, was returned to the applicants' solicitors on 12 May, 1994 as the Land Certificate had not been submitted. The documents were relodged on 23 May, 1994. However, as the application was still not in order for registration, it was returned again to the solicitors on 13 June, 1994.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the requested copy folios issued in this case on 14 June, 1994.
