I move:
That the Orders of Reference of the Select Committee on Finance and General Affairs be amended by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (1):
(1A) That notwithstanding the generality of paragraph (1) above, the Select Committee shall consider such annual reports of the Central Bank of Ireland as Dáil Éireann may refer to the Select Committee and shall report thereon to Dáil Éireann. The Select Committee may invite the Governor of the Central Bank of Ireland to meet the Committee in order to assist in the consideration of such reports and matters arising therefrom, subject to any statutory provisions in the Central Bank Acts or in the Treaty on European Union restricting the disclosure of information.
