121 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Environment if he will award the first time buyers grant to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 1 who has been separated for 22 years but whose husband refuses to agree to a legal separation and she cannot afford expensive court proceedings to obtain one. [1103/95]
Additional information was requested from the applicant in this case with a view to establishing whether she may be eligible for a grant. I am arranging that my Department will contact the applicant again with a view to submission of the information needed to enable a decision to be made.
122 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment when a new house grant will be paid to persons (details supplied) in County Louth in view of the fact that the relevant inspection has been carried out by his Department's Inspector. [1104/95]
The grant has been paid.
