73 Mr. Molloy asked the Minister for Health the status of an appeal by a person (details supplied) against the finding of a ministerial inquiry that he should be removed from his post at Beaumont Hospital; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1794/95]
Limerick East): The report of the committee of inquiry, referred to by the Deputy, which was established by the Minister for Health in April 1992, was submitted to the Minister in October 1992, the findings of which were appealed by the person involved in November 1992.
I will make a decision in this matter when I have had an opportunity of considering the report and the appeal.
