Question:146 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite a number of dealings for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [1934/95]
Written Answers. - Registry of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that Dealings Nos. J102/90 and J2684/90 which are applications for a Transfer of Part, were lodged in the Land Registry on 28 November 1989 and 15 May 1990, respectively. I am also informed that Dealing No. J4173/94, which is an application for the transfer of the remainder of the lands in Folio 6952F, was lodged in the Land Registry on 30 June 1994.
I am further informed that the applications referred to above cannot be processed further until the Land Registry has received an answer to queries which were raised in September 1990 with the Chief State Solicitor concerning Dealing No. J2684/90. I understand that the Land Registry expects to receive a reply to these queries in the very near future.
