148 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Justice when a dealing (details supplied) will be completed in the Land Registry; and if she will make a statement on the matter setting out the reason for the delay in finalising this dealing. [2030/95]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that Dealing No. D4368/92 which is an application for First Registration, was lodged on 12 November 1992. I understand that due to their complicated nature, these Dealings take some time to process.
I am further informed that the registration in question in this case, which necessitated several queries to the solicitor involved, was completed on 30 January 1995.
