62 Ms O'Donnell asked the Minister for Justice the action, if any, she proposes to take in the internal Garda dispute in view of the rejection by the Garda Representative Association of the Mulvey formula; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2880/95]

I am very concerned about the dispute in the Garda Representative Association and I am most anxious that both sides in the dispute will undertake to resolve the matter at the earliest opportunity. Other than that I do not wish to comment in any way at this time.
