Written Answers. - Land Registration.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that Dealing No. D94 CK 10907J is a transfer of the balance of the lands in the folio which was lodged in the Land Registry on 20 September 1994. Processing of the dealing has commenced and initial queries which the Land Registry issued on 18 October 1994 to the solicitor have been responded to. These dealings are normally attended to in order of priority according to the date of lodgement.
However, I am informed that it is the policy of the Land Registry to try, as far as possible, to expedite cases in which it can be established that special circumstances of urgency exist. Any such cases would be specially considered if details of the reasons for urgency are submitted to the Registrar of Titles.
