Two officials of my Department currently hold office as directors of semi-State companies. Mr. Michael McDonnell, Assistant Secretary, is a director of Aer Lingus plc. and Mr. Sean Fitzgerald, Assistant Secretary, is a director of the Irish National Petroleum Corporation.
