98 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to have a folio and file plan issued to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary, in view of the fact that the sale of property is being delayed without the documents. [4646/95]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that reference No. TY311/95 is an application for the issue of a filed plan, consisting of a folio and copy map, which will issue today, 1 March, 1995.
