McDowell asked the Minister for Health when the report of the Inspector of Mental Hospitals for 1994 will be published; when the report will be laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas as provided for under section 247 (2) of the Mental Treatment Act, 1945; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
