82 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment the number of European Directives awaiting translation into domestic legislation within his area of responsibility. [4771/95]

At present, 36 EU Directives require or will require primary or secondary domestic legislation to give effect to them in my areas of responsibility.
