Vol. 450 No. 2

Written Answers. - Cork Coastguard Station Houses.

Batt O'Keeffe

Question:

60 Mr. B. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance if the Office of Public Works is in a position to provide title for the coastguard station houses in Crosshaven, County Cork, and thus facilitate the transfer of these houses to Cork County Council under terms already agreed. [4806/95]

Terms for the sale of four former coastguard station houses at Crosshaven, including the title being offered, have been agreed between the commissioners and the county council. Details of the boundaries of these houses and of the adjoining properties are being finalised in consultation with the country council in the context of the council's road widening proposals at this location.
