97 Mr. Hyland asked the Minister for the Environment the amount of money available in his Department for group water schemes in 1995; and if he will put in place an emergency programme to deal with outstanding applications. [5303/95]

My reply refers to Question No. 102 of 7 February 1995. I intend to approve a significant number of new group schemes shortly, following the major increases in grant levels which I have recently announced.
