116 Mr. Molloy asked the Minister for Education if she has consulted with Bus Éireann regarding the scheduled time of departure of the bus from Galway to Carraroe to facilitate the large number of schoolgoing pupils who await the arrival of this bus to transport them home to Lettermore and Lettermullen; and if she will make a statement on the matter. My Department has consulted Bus Éireann regarding the departure time of the bus from Galway to Carraroe to investigate the possibility of introducing an earlier collection time for pupils being transported to Lettermore and Lettermullen. Bus Éireann has carried out an examination of the matter and will be submitting its report very shortly. Pending receipt of that report, I am not in a position to say what the outcome will be.
