I propose to take Questions Nos. 46 and 184 together.
Bord Fáilte Éireann and the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited — in so far as its tourist activities are concerned — are autonomous State sponsored bodies operating under the aegis of my Department. The relationship between the bodies and myself, as Minister for Tourism and Trade, is set out in the relevant governing statutes, supplemented in the case of SFADCo by its memorandum and articles of association. I am satisfied that the bodies in question are properly answerable to me under existing arrangements and in the light of their governing statutes.
