57 Mr. Molloy asked the Minister for Finance whether the seaside resort tax incentive scheme will be available for projects that commenced after the announcement on 8 February 1995, in his budget speech; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5773/95]

As set out in the Principal Features of the Budget the new pilot renewal scheme for traditional seaside resorts will apply from 1 July 1995 for a three year period.
