Question:103 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Justice if she will expedite an application for registration of a deed of rectification (details supplied) in County Cork. [6362/95]
Written Answers. - Deed Registration.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these applications, which are in respect of a deed of rectification and a transfer, were lodged in the Land Registry on 17 February 1995.
I am further informed by the registrar that these applications are being expedited. It is hoped that registration will be completed shortly.
