142 Mrs. Geoghegan-Quinn asked the Minister for Justice the proposals, if any, she has to carry out further works on a Garda station (details supplied) in County Galway; the works to be carried out; and the timescale for their completion. [6980/95]

Refurbishment works have commenced at the Garda station at Carraroe and are due for completion shortly.

A report on the question of further work is awaited from the Office of Public Works.
