79 Mr. H. Byrne asked the Minister for Finance the specifications of the tennis court sold by the Office of Public Works at Rosslare Harbour, County Wexford; the price the Office of Public Works received for the property; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6897/95]

The area of the property in question, sold by the Commissioners of Public Works on the open market in 1994, amounted to 0.66 acres approximately. It is not the practice to provide financial details of such commercial sale transactions.
