80 Mrs. Geoghegan-Quinn asked the Minister for Finance whether his Department is involved in negotiations with a local authority (details supplied) regarding acquisition of a site; and if so, if such negotiations will conclude shortly. [6971/95]

The Commissioners of Public Works, in consultation with the Garda authorities, are currently assessing requirements at this location with a view to opening negotiations with the local authority as soon as possible.
