58 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Finance if a tax rebate will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath in view of the fact that the amount has been agreed and all the necessary documentation has been finalised. [7797/95]

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that following a review of the taxpayers tax affairs for the year 1993/94, a cheque in settlement for £2,175.70 will be issued to him shortly.
