103 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment when he will make finance available to allow commencement of work on the Breagagh valley sewerage scheme in the environs of Kilkenny city; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7907/95]

I have recently approved this scheme to go to construction. It is now a matter for Kilkenny County Council to make the necessary contract arrangements to enable work to commence.
