66 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Justice the number of times a person has been held for 24 hours and extended to 48 hours under section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act but later released without charge in the first three months of 1995; the comparative figures for 1994 in the Dublin metropolitan area division; and if he will give a breakdown for the five areas.
